- 14 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 20g vermicelli
- 🧅 50g chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Chili oil to taste

Place vermicelli in a heatproof container, add enough water to cover, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W. Rinse under cold water, drain, and cut finely with scissors.
In a plastic bag, combine vermicelli, ground pork, chopped green onion, and all seasoning ingredients. Mix thoroughly and cut off one corner of the bag.
Squeeze the filling onto dumpling wrappers, moisten the edges with water, and fold the ends to seal.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place dumplings seam-side up and cook until sizzling.
Add 3 tbsp of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining sesame oil into the pan and cook until dumplings are golden brown. Serve with soy sauce and chili oil.
