- 4 rice paper sheets

- 150g ground meat

- 85g seri (Japanese parsley)
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Noodles
- 20g glass noodles
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste

Cut off the roots of seri and divide into 4 portions. Slice cherry tomatoes horizontally into thirds.
Boil water in a pot and cook glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until the liquid evaporates.
Dip rice paper briefly in lukewarm water to soften.
Place 1/4 of the cherry tomatoes in the center of the rice paper. Add seri, glass noodles, and the cooked meat mixture in equal portions. Roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
