- 🦑 250g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper (150g)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Marinade
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil

Slice the squid into rings and prepare the vegetables by cutting them into thin strips.
