- 🌱 4 green beans
- 1 piece ginger

- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso

Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and cutting the tentacles. Slice the body and fins into 1cm strips.
Cut the onion into 6 wedges, slice the green beans diagonally, and julienne the ginger.
In a pot, combine the broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the squid and ginger.
Once the squid is cooked, remove it from the pot. Add the onion and green beans, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Return the squid to the pot, coat with the broth, and serve.
