- 🐟 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables

- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms

- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper

Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms and mince them. Trim the bottom of the new onions slightly to stabilize them, then make a cross-cut about two-thirds deep from the top.
Place the new onions on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mix the minced shiitake mushrooms, canned tuna, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly and stuff it into the cuts in the new onions. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Serve the onions on a plate, drizzle with ponzu soy sauce, and sprinkle with pepper.
