Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut garlic chives into 4cm pieces using scissors.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add tuna and bean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add garlic chives and stir-fry briefly, then add sake, soy sauce, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Serve on a plate.
Wipe excess oil and residue from the pan with a paper towel, heat salad oil, and crack eggs into the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Place the fried eggs on top of the stir-fried vegetables.
