Vegetable
- 🌿 1 stalk celery with leaves
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Remove the strings from the celery. Slice the stalk diagonally and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the beef into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the beef with the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, cornstarch) and massage well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color. Add the celery stalks and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and mix well. Add the celery leaves and stir-fry briefly.
