- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🎃 140g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
