- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 scallion, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
