- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g sliced pumpkin
- 🍀 4 green beans
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Spices
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the pumpkin into 7mm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 2 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3cm pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add curry powder and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add the pumpkin and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined.
