Main Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp sakura shrimp
- 100g bean sprouts
- 5 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in hot water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Cut green onions into 3cm lengths.
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry shirataki noodles over medium heat until moisture evaporates. Push them to the side, add half the sesame oil, and stir-fry bean sprouts and sakura shrimp. Add seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Push everything to the side, add the remaining sesame oil, pour in the beaten egg, and lightly scramble. Add green onions and mix everything together.
