Fish
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in miso sauce
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon (125g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 5mm pieces. Thinly slice the onion vertically.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bitter melon and onion, stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened. Add seasonings (☆) and stir until well combined.
Add the mackerel can, gently break it apart, and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
