- 150g pork belly (sliced for grilling)
Vegetables
- 1/2 daikon radish (600g), julienned
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)

Julienne the daikon radish. Place it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, massage gently, and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the pork belly into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the daikon to the pan and stir-fry until the oil coats the daikon evenly.
Add the sake, soy sauce, and doubanjiang. Stir-fry until well combined.
