- 🦑 150g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced thinly
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
