- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 turnips (250g), peeled and sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds

Peel the turnips, leaving 1cm of stem, and cut into 8 wedges. Slice the leaves into 3cm pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and ground sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry until its color changes.
Add the turnips and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and mix well. Add the turnip leaves and cook until wilted.
