- 150g blanched wakame stems
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2/3 tsp soy sauce
