- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 110g water spinach
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Cut the water spinach into 5cm lengths. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add water spinach and lightly stir-fry until coated with oil, then remove from the pan.
Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until its color changes. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken broth powder, oyster sauce, chili flakes) and stir until well combined.
Return the water spinach to the pan and quickly stir-fry to combine. Serve hot.
