Tofu
- 2 pieces fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chopped chives
- 2 tbsp minced green onion
Seasoning
- Ponzu sauce to taste
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 180g ground pork

Prepare the meat filling: finely chop chives and mix with ground pork, minced green onion, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cut fried tofu in half lengthwise and open into pockets. Stuff each pocket with the meat mixture, pressing flat.
Place the stuffed tofu in a pan without oil. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid, flip again, and cook for 1 minute to crisp the surface.
Wipe the pan with a paper towel, heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil, and stir-fry bean sprouts for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve alongside the stuffed tofu with ponzu sauce.
