- 200g ground pork

- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs

- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into wedges

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Slice the onion into 1cm wedges and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ground pork until cooked through.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the tofu to the pan and warm it through. Then, add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar, and simmer lightly.
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
