Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (350g)
Meat
- 🍗 120g chicken thigh, diced
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 bunch garlic sprouts, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🌽 50g corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

- 1 tbsp salad oil

Dice chicken thigh into 2cm cubes and season with salt and pepper. Slice garlic thinly and cut garlic sprouts into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until garlic becomes crispy. Remove garlic and set aside. In the same pan, cook chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add rice and corn to the pan, stir-fry until combined. Add soy sauce, butter, and garlic sprouts, then mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with fried garlic.
