재료
Tofu
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
Seaweed
- 🌿 Sufficient amount of nori sheets
Coating
- Sufficient amount of potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.
Cut the tofu in half horizontally and then into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap thinly sliced nori around each tofu piece.
Coat the nori-wrapped tofu pieces with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu.
