Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 100cc water
Seasoning
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Let the konjac cool slightly, then skewer 4 pieces onto each bamboo stick, making 4 skewers in total.
