Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Mayonnaise, as needed

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, and slice into 8 pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 20 seconds. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and onion, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic) and simmer while mixing until thickened.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with avocado slices and the pork mixture. Garnish with chopped green onion and mayonnaise.
