Vegetables
- 🍠 180g sweet potato, thinly sliced
- 60g burdock root, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Thinly slice the sweet potato and julienne the burdock root. Soak both in water and drain well.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the sweet potato and burdock root for 2–3 minutes.
