Vegetables
- 🍠 200g sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🧅 1/4 onion, roughly chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna, drained
Spices & Herbs
- Dried basil, to taste
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- Black pepper, to taste

Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water briefly. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Roughly chop the onion and soak in water briefly to reduce sharpness. Drain well. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
In a bowl, combine all the ☆ condiments (mayonnaise, grated cheese, chicken stock powder, and black pepper).
Add the sweet potato, onion, and tuna to the bowl. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle dried basil on top as desired.
