- 🧅 1 whole onion
- 2 stalks of green onion
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water

Cut the onion in half vertically, remove the root, and slice thinly. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
