- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced and juiced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
Side Dish
- 🥦 3 asparagus spears, peeled and sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

Season swordfish fillets with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Slice 2 pieces of lemon and juice the rest. Peel and slice asparagus into 3cm pieces.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté asparagus for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and remove from the pan.
Pan-fry swordfish over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
Add lemon juice and soy sauce to the pan, coating the swordfish evenly.
Plate the asparagus and swordfish, garnishing with lemon slices.
