Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces (240g) swordfish
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Baby leaf, as needed
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
