- 🐙 60g boiled octopus
Egg

- To taste okonomiyaki sauce
- To taste mayonnaise

- 4 tbsp tempura flakes
- 10g pickled ginger

Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces and slice the baguette into 3cm widths.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the egg, tempura flakes, pickled ginger, salt, pepper, and octopus. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir well.
Create a groove in the baguette slices and spoon the mixture onto them. Toast in a toaster for about 5 minutes.
Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and sprinkle bonito flakes to finish.
