Main Ingredients
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
- 1 piece tarako (50g)
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Make a slit in the tarako and extract the roe.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (not included in the ingredient list), and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain well.
In a bowl, combine the hot spaghetti, soy sauce, pepper, tarako, and butter. Mix until the butter is melted and everything is evenly coated.
Serve on a plate and top with the sliced shiso leaves.
