Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1 piece (40-50g) tarako
- 🟩 Sufficient amount of nori
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- 🌾 Sufficient amount of all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍞 Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs

Slice the chicken breast to even out its thickness. Flatten it using the back of a knife, cut it into two portions, and season with salt and pepper.
Make a slit in the tarako to extract its contents. Cut the melting cheese in half.
Place nori, melting cheese, and tarako on the chicken, then roll it up and seal the sides.
Coat the chicken in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and finally cover it with breadcrumbs. Repeat the coating process once more.
Heat about 5cm of salad oil in a pot to 160°C. Fry the coated chicken, turning occasionally, for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
