- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked brown rice
Fish
- 🐟 80g tuna (cut-offs)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo (Japanese yam)
- 10g chives
Seasoning
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
