Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Condiments

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
