Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Vegetables
- 2 bunches mitsuba, chopped
Protein
- 180g sliced pork
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
