Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek (white part), cut into 4cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the leek into 4cm pieces and remove the root.
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook, flipping until fully cooked.
Push the yellowtail to the side of the pan and add the leek. Cook until the leek is browned.
Add the sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir and combine everything well.
