Fish
- 4 slices yellowtail fillet (400g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin

- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
