Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 bag bok choy
Protein
- 1 piece thick fried tofu
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 200 ml water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water

Cut king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Halve the thick fried tofu and slice diagonally.
Quarter the bok choy lengthwise, place on a microwave-safe plate, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add king oyster mushrooms and thick fried tofu, and cook over medium heat.
Add water and seasonings (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar) to the pan, and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce, then mix in sesame oil. Serve on a plate and garnish with bok choy.
