- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 4 slices (150g) pork belly
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 3 tbsp low-sugar sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the cheese slices in half and wrap them with shiso leaves.
Cut the thick fried tofu into halves, then diagonally into triangles.
Make a shallow incision (about 1.5cm) in the tofu, insert the cheese wrapped in shiso, and wrap the tofu with pork slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the wrapped tofu, and cook until browned, turning occasionally.
Add the low-sugar sweet sauce and soy sauce to the pan, coating the rolls evenly with the sauce.
