Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (160g) thick fried tofu
- 80g mixed ground meat
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧀 Pizza cheese, as needed
- Dried parsley, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup

Cut the thick fried tofu into 1cm slices. Wrap in kitchen paper and microwave on a heat-resistant plate at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Mince the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the mixed ground meat, minced onion, and grated garlic over medium heat.
Add the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, ketchup) and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Place the tofu in a heat-resistant container, top with the sautéed mixture and pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle dried parsley on top.
