- 🌱 1 okra
- 1 chikuwa
- 🥓 3 slices bacon
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Edamame Ham Rolls
- 🍖 2 slices ham
- 🌱 4 frozen shelled edamame
Mini Tomato Nori Cheese Mille-feuille
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
- 🧀 2 slices cheese

Trim the okra and rub with salt, rinse and dry.
Insert the okra into the chikuwa and cut into thirds.
Microwave the chikuwa-okra pieces for 30 seconds at 600W.
Wrap each piece with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add the bacon rolls.
Cook until browned and add soy sauce to coat evenly.
Cut ham into 4 strips and roll them individually.
Skewer edamame, ham roll, and edamame on a toothpick.
Microwave the skewers for 30 seconds at 600W.
Cut nori into 4 pieces and cheese into halves.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
Layer nori and cheese alternately on plastic wrap and wrap tightly.
Trim edges and cut into thirds.
