- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)

- 🥡 1 block silken tofu (150g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 umeboshi, pitted and mashed

- 400ml water

- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
