- 50g barley

Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Add rice and seasonings (salt, soy sauce, olive oil, curry powder) to the rice cooker. Add water to the 1-cup mark for rice, then add barley and 100ml water. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Spread tuna, diced onion, and cherry tomatoes over the rice mixture. Cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
Serve the pilaf on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
