- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), cut into wedges
- 50g mozuku seaweed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of pepper
- 400ml water
