- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste.

In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (umeboshi paste, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil) thoroughly. Add the tomato and wakame, then toss to combine.
