- 1/2 can tuna

- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🥑 1/2 avocado

- 🧀 20g pizza cheese

- 1/2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- A pinch of parsley
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A pinch of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut off the stem and bottom of the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and scoop out the insides. Dice the removed tomato flesh into 1cm cubes. Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆), tuna, diced tomato, and avocado.
Place the tomato cups on a heatproof dish and fill them with the mixture. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs, then bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
