- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- A pinch of pepper

Mince the onion. Place it in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.
Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well until sticky, then divide into two portions. Shape into oval patties, ensuring no air pockets.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add the tomato sauce ingredients (★) to the pan and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Occasionally remove the lid and spoon the sauce over the patties. Uncover and reduce the sauce.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the patties, cover, and cook until the cheese melts. Serve on a plate.
