- Pinch of pepper

- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
Sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes

Finely chop half the onion and slice the other half. Microwave the chopped onion for 1 minute at 600W, then let it cool.
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl to moisten.
Mix ground meat, salt, and pepper in a bowl until sticky.
Add the chopped onion and breadcrumb mixture to the meat. Mix evenly, divide into two portions, and shape into oval patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, then push them to the side of the pan.
Add the sliced onion to the empty space in the pan and sauté until translucent.
Add the sauce ingredients (salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and canned tomatoes) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve the hamburg steaks on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
