Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach (100g)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Chicken Soboro
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
Egg Soboro
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
