Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 100g lotus root, thinly sliced
Konnyaku
- 150g tsukikonnyaku
Oil & Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Spices
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
