- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 100g grated yam
Seasoning
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Garnish
- To taste shredded seaweed
